Project Integrator

We have a client that is currently seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) who specializes in supporting multiple project contracts on cyber tool development, research, or analysis for technical action operations.
We are looking for a proactive, creative resource with excellent systems integration skills and a proven track record of successful project implementation. This position is for a Systems Integrator responsible for assisting Sponsor COTR(s) with the following tasks:
• Program management assistance with multiple hardware/software development projects
• Tracking operational leads and operations coordination
• Holding TEMs for both operations and development with documentation and distribution of minutes and action items.
• Tracking action items to successful completion.
• Responding to actions for the Sponsor team.
• Communicate progress and risks for several concurrent efforts.
• Coordinate and prepare project schedules with reporting to COTR.
• Prepare various briefings (e.g. quad charts, road maps, strategic planning, and other presentations).
• Prepare and review written communications to a variety of stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among a variety of stakeholders across sponsor and other federal agencies.
• Manage scheduling and logistics of a cross-organizational Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to include agendas, minutes, and communications.
• Documentation of technical requirements in the form of a System Requirements Document (SRD) and of scope in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Reviewing monthly reports from vendors and briefing to Sponsor management on requests for resources on multiple efforts/needs.
• Requesting appropriate monthly report information from vendors when they are not provided in a timely manner or accurately.
• Working to resolve outstanding reporting.
Required skills...
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration, project management, and/or systems engineering.
  • Ability to create relationships with vendors to get the reporting technical information needed from them to be able to report accurate status.
  • Experience with writing a statement of work (SOW), system requirements document (SRD), and/or other project development documents.
  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree or Masters of Business Administration
  • Demonstrated experience managing/leading multiple high priority projects simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience pointing out inconsistencies, problems, and points of contention with the processes and offering recommendations for resolution.
Nice to have...
  • Demonstrated experience leading large projects greater than $10 Million and 30+ member teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading team meetings, communicating tasks being worked and any impediments.
  • Experience with SCADA/Industrial Control Systems, computer network exploitation, closed network hardware devices, radios, and/or software.
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • PMI certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment against hard targets.
  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting communication skills including written, verbal, listening, negotiating, presentation/briefing skills, and working with people at all levels of the organization (customer, vendor, and technical peers).
